Mr. Craft is a Board Certified Structural Engineer and has worked in the construction industry all of his working life. Upon graduating, as an engineer, he worked in the bridge construction field for approximately one year and then pursued a career in pre-stressed concrete design for eight years.  Since that time he has been involved in structural engineering consulting.

Since starting RAC Engineering in 1987, he has designed structures of all types to include wood frame, heavy timber, aluminum, structural steel, composite steel, reinforced concrete and post-tensioned concrete, reinforced masonry, and pre-stressed concrete. 

Mr. Craft's experiences include not only new structures but renovation and historical restoration.

Mr. Webster is a Board Certified Professional Engineer who has worked as a consulting engineer since 1989.  In 2003 Mr. Webster organized Webster Engineering in Mobile and is currently associated with Craft and Webster Structural Engineers in Pensacola , FL.

For 16 years Mr. Webster has been providing project engineering and management services for projects ranging in scope from residential to a $200M container port development.  His structural design experiences include wood frame, structural steel, reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry.

Mr. Webster's design experiences include new structures as well as renovations and additions to historical buildings.  In addition to design services he has provided construction and project management services giving him a greater appreciation of Owner expectations and design team interaction requirements.
